  • Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales team to maximise brand presence and increase market share
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers within the beauty industry.
  • Negotiate with retailers, suppliers and agencies to insure increased brand visibility and ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure return on investment.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in the beauty industry and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Profile

A successful 'Trade Marketing Manager' should have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within the beauty space
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience negotiating
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
