As the Brand Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the brand strategy for two distinct and exciting products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Director to develop and execute strategic brand plans, ensuring consistent global growth and vision alignment.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of Global Brand Plans, tailoring strategies for core markets to deliver impactful results.
  • Drive the global digital brand agenda, amplifying the brand's presence across various platforms and markets.
  • Oversee shopper marketing strategy in the UK, taking ownership of media execution across key retail partners.
  • Act as the primary brand contact for central functions and market teams, nurturing strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Provide markets with relevant and compelling brand content that resonates with local consumers while upholding global brand integrity.
  • Create consumer-centric POS materials that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Keep the internal team informed of brand developments and actively promote updates on social media.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing brand plans, preferably in an SME environment.
  • A passion for branding and a deep understanding of the category, inspiring and energising those around you.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and nurture relationships while mentoring team members.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, always willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • A problem solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
