As a Brand Manager, you will join the entrepreneurial brand and insights team and play a pivotal role in growing the brand, helping to grow market share and brand equity.

Description

  • Lead the growth strategy for a number of categories with a focus on activation and partnerships, renovation and innovation
  • Own the performance of the portfolio, working closely with insights and category teams on performance and drivers
  • Recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back
  • Responsible for strategy, evaluating product ranges, propose strategic skus and lead continual improvement and new product development projects
  • Lead the innovation strategy and pipeline across packaging and product.
  • Develop communications plans with a focus on partnerships, PR, and experiential.
  • You will also partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams

Profile

  • Strong brand management experience within a FMCG environment
  • Experience building brand strategy and campaigns
  • Understanding of leveraging data to identify performance drivers and recommend ations
  • Strong communicator, and experience of working cross functionally
