As a Brand Manager, you will join the entrepreneurial brand and insights team and play a pivotal role in growing the brand, helping to grow market share and brand equity.

Description
- Lead the growth strategy for a number of categories with a focus on activation and partnerships, renovation and innovation
- Own the performance of the portfolio, working closely with insights and category teams on performance and drivers
- Recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back
- Responsible for strategy, evaluating product ranges, propose strategic skus and lead continual improvement and new product development projects
- Lead the innovation strategy and pipeline across packaging and product.
- Develop communications plans with a focus on partnerships, PR, and experiential.
- You will also partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams
Profile
- Strong brand management experience within a FMCG environment
- Experience building brand strategy and campaigns
- Understanding of leveraging data to identify performance drivers and recommend ations
- Strong communicator, and experience of working cross functionally
