The RoleWe have lots of exciting things to talk about and we need someone to help us talk about them. Our teams are driven to deliver the highest levels of quality. We want our Marketing to be the same. We have a brand we are proud of. We want someone to deeply care about it, like we do.

You will be thinking of new ideas, defining our brand and seeking to gain a deep understanding of the business and what we deliver. You will be heavily involved in our company events and marketing activity relating to them. You will be working hard to produce content and be responsible for the activity and projects of the marketing and graphics team.

You will be an additional member of our client-facing team, mostly based at our London showroom, working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including articles, social media posts, company collateral, presentation material; all of which communicates our key messaging to our client base and fellow design professionals.

Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director and wider leadership team to define and maintain our brand identity, ensuring all content and collateral reflect that core identity.

Project Management: Lead marketing projects and activity from concept to execution, managing timelines and resources within the team.

Collaboration: Communicating effectively and proactively across the team and throughout the wider business is key. The success of the role will hinge on being outgoing, being nosy and spending time with various teams at different offices and locations.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and design, applying up to date strategies to enhance our brand presence.
