About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in leasing, real estate, or space rental, who thrives on building relationships and securing strategic brand partnerships. The successful candidate will drive revenue by engaging brands to utilise prime retail space for short-term activations and pop-up stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with brands looking to establish a physical presence through short-term retail space rentals.

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential partners through outbound outreach and inbound leads from agencies.

  • Negotiate and manage lease and commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

  • Collaborate with marketing, asset managers, and on-site teams to maximise brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Identify and secure new and exciting brand partnerships that align with business objectives, ensuring high-quality activations that drive footfall.

  • Travel across the UK to support events, meetings, and activations as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, leasing management, or a commercial sales role.

  • Background in estate agencies, football clubs, or industries involving space leasing is highly desirable.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.

  • Understanding of lease and commercial agreements.

  • B2B experience is essential.

  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering revenue growth.

Additional Details
  • The role involves a mix of new business development and account management.

  • While hybrid working is an option (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), the role is contractually office-based.

  • generous company-wide bonus scheme (25%) applies.
