Business Development & Marketing Manager - Aerospace & Defence

About the Role:

We are working on behalf of a leading global consulting firm to find a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Marketing Professional. This role is pivotal in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies within the Aerospace & Defence industry groups. You will work closely with senior leaders and partners to drive growth and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and implement business plans, ensuring alignment across industry and service lines.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilise market and client trend reports to identify growth opportunities and support business development activities.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and execute targeted marketing plans, create client action plans, and drive extension and expansion activities.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including thought leadership, social media content, events, and sponsorships.
  • Event Management: Plan and deliver high-standard client-facing events and corporate hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing & BD experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
