I'm delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global law firm on their search for a BD & Marketing Manager for their alternative legal solutions practice. This is a really exciting opportunity to support an innovative and award-winning legal solutions group who are at the cutting edge of all things Legal Tech, Digital Products and AI.
This full-time, permanent role will be based in the firms London office. They offer a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BD strategies and oversee marketing initiatives for the practice
- Manage and develop key client relationships, support client-facing activities, and encourage best practices
- Identify key strategic targets and pursue opportunities for growth
- Enhance team reputation by identifying speaking, advertising and media opportunities
- Assist partners with practice specific pitches and tenders
- Oversee the project management of directory and award submissions
Experience required
- Previous experience in a marketing & business development role within professional services
- Ability and confidence to coach and influence fee earners at all levels
- Able to develop professional relationships and build business through diverse networks
- Strong client relationship skills and a commercial mindset
- End to end management of the pitch process
