Are you a Business Development Manager from a Building Management Systems (BMS) background looking to work alongside a small, growing management and director team where you will head up the entire sales function, implementing strategies and directly influence the growth and success of the company?

This is the opportunity to identify new sales opportunities and continue to develop existing relationships for multi-disciplinary projects across leading Infrastructure projects, iconic buildings, and stadiums.

This is an autonomous role where you will be the go-to Sales specialist within the business. Your role be primarily focus on identifying and winning new business opportunities, then passing on work to the project management and estimation team as required. As you develop accounts you will then take on more account management based responsibilities, playing a key role in the company's continual growth. As this growth is achieved you will have the opportunity to build a sales team around you and to progress to senior roles.

You will have full responsibility for the sales and marketing of the business and help grow the company to the next level. This opportunity would suit someone who wants recognition for contributing to the overall vision, strategy and future success of the business where you will become integral within the management and directorship team.

The role:

* Sales of BMS systems (Identifying new and existing business)
* Work with the team to generate estimates, quotes and pricing
* Work closely with directors and project teams where you will head up and grow a sales team around you

The Person:

* Business Development Manager or similar
* BMS background
* Commutable to Central London- happy to cover sites in and around the M25
