Description

This role is focused on supporting the expansion of our client's specific product offering by developing existing business and growing out property utilisation. You will be increasing new business opportunities by sourcing NHS landlords to host properties on a unique platform, the sell being that all benefit from the platform's estate management capability.

  • Identify and pursue high value opportunities, actively seeking out new business prospects and converting their interest into paying customers
  • Build strong relationships, understanding client needs, fostering trust and guiding them to become active users
  • Own the customer journey, being the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless sales and onboarding experiences. Provide ongoing account management to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Drive revenue growth, upselling additional services and delivering exceptional value. Project manage implementations to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Collaborate for success, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Measure and optimise, tracking key performance indicators to identify opportunities, highlight trends and develop strategic action plans
  • Lead and coordinate, managing tasks, data and documentation to ensure efficient team operations
  • Build strategic partnerships, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider commercial team to drive business growth

Profile

Our client is looking for someone who is skilled at selling into & across the NHS landscape - this experience is essential.

  • Experience in a 'start-up / scale-up' environment would be interesting, as this arm of the NHS (especially with its link being centered around a SaaS platform to encourage further utilisation of real space / premises) is fairly new and therefore moving at pace
  • Extensive experience building relationships, identifying and developing existing and new business
  • Ability to self-start and structure your time
  • Experience in report writing and presenting findings
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and managing own time effectively
  • Clear communicator with a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

Our client is looking to offer a highly competitive Base Salary at c.£75-80k with a 10% bonus, car allowance and a hybrid working set up (office presence in London required weekly).
