Business Development Manager – Commercial Property DesignLondon, EC140-60k Base, 50-70k+ OTE + Excellent Benefits  Our client designs and builds truly inspiring workplaces that drive wellbeing, diversity, community, and more. As experts in office design, they work with organisations of every size, and partner with architects, furniture manufacturers and leading consultants to shape commercial projects. They now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to work at their high-performance London EC1 office.  Business Development Manager responsibilities:  
  • Research and identify markets
  • Utilise provided leads and wider network
  • Further build/map a database of potential prospects
  • Prospect for new business through structured outreach
  • Develop, nurture and grow sales opportunities
  • Book and confirm qualified new business meetings
  • Strategise with colleagues and management to build the new business playbook
  • Maintain high levels of activity
Business Development Manager skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Degree education
  • 2-3 years of previous B2B sales experience (SED, BDR, BDE, BDM)
