Role Overview:

My client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative/Associate to join their team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as email, outbound calls, social media, and networking platforms to discuss and demonstrate their legal tech solutions. The successful candidate will be key in building relationships, booking product demos, and closing deals. A strong understanding of conveyancing and the ability to effectively communicate solutions are essential—ideally, with experience and established connections in selling to law firms.

My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in property conveyancing services. With a strong focus on providing seamless and efficient solutions, offering a comprehensive range of services that cater to both residential and commercial property transactions.

Leveraging innovative technology and a customer-centric approach, they streamline the conveyancing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects through sales channels including calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Confidently utilize CRMs, such as Pipedrive, to manage client information and track interactions.
  • Manage calendars efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Explain and present software solutions to clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Work independently, handling tasks and communicating results effectively to the team.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with clients, as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in legal tech sales is beneficial.
  • Proven success in delivering product demonstrations and closing sales.
  • Have some working knowledge of conveyancing and the problems encountered
  • Comfortable working independently, with strong self-discipline in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in managing tools such as CRMs, diaries, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a high-performance team with a desire to grow within the company.
