Business Development Manager - Employment (12-month FTC)
I am working with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Employment team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BD activities for the Employment group.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Lead cross-border BD initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee key account management and identify new business opportunities.
- Guide partners on bids, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Drive marketing and communications plans, including digital media and events.
- Coach and develop team members and associates.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven BD experience at manager level within professional services.
- Strong strategic, organisational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in managing international BD initiatives is desirable.
