Business Development Manager, Europe (UK base) - Life & Health Products

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional with a strong focus on partnerships to lead sales growth and market expansion across Europe for our client’s group life and health products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in cross-border financial products and a proven track record in business development.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market for the new product.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, intermediaries, clients, and strategic partners.

• Conduct market research to understand client needs and the competitive landscape.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the UK regions.

• Present and communicate the value proposition of the new product to prospective clients.

• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.

• Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company's offerings.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress toward targets.

• Segment the market and identify high-potential sectors and companies for targeted outreach.

• Provide training and support to internal teams and clients regarding product features and benefits.

• Contribute to business planning by developing accurate sales forecasts.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market shifts, sharing insights with the broader team to promote continuous learning.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and communication strategies.
