The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of business opportunities and confirmed projects through a proactive yet solutions based sales process. You will be responsible for developing and managing your sales pipeline and key duties will include:

-          Seeking out new business opportunities

-          Developing client relationships to encourage ongoing retention

-          Executing new business sales strategies

-          Converting potential leads into confirmed meeting opportunities

-          Developing creative credential presentations

-          Supporting on proposal development in collaboration with the wider team

-          Leading RFI responses where required

-          Securing both repeat and new business

-          Selling the full services of the agency across broad departments

-          Attending events, site visits, and meetings to build out network

-          Keeping on top of industry trends and developments

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with proven sales experience from within an agency environment; the ability to sell a multi layered, solutions based, creative service (rather than a product) is key! Candidates must be proactive with a passion for events and a commercial mindset and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
