Business Development Manager (Experiential / Brand Activation / Events). London hybrid. 6 Month Contract. £50-60K plus commission.

This clean tech business are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with experience across Experiential, Brand Activation, and Events. They imagine a future where applications and networks are powered by the collective, in both internal and external environments. The work will span football pitches, audiences at events, installations, prestigious retail outlets and more.

They’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work within their experiential events arm to maintain relationships with existing clients, generate sales leads, develop and implement strategies to grow the business globally.

This Business Development Manager will have a commercial understanding of the marketing mix as well as a passion for business development. You’ll be an exceptionally strong communicator, speaking with clarity and confidence for client pitches, internal presentations, networking events, sourcing new suppliers and building new partnerships.

Responsibilities of this Business Development Manager:

  • Drive to develop and implement strategy that will positively impact the sustainable growth of the business.
  • Working with clients from the concept stage through to final delivery, managing the client relationship, design visualization process and implementation to ensure work is delivered to exceptional standards.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, generate sales leads, develop and implement strategies to grow the business globally.
  • Must be willing to pitch and present

The requirements of this Business Development Manager:

  • A passion for tech, sustainability and the renewable energy market
  • Self-motivated, with a desire to succeed
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising or media environment, working with agencies, account management and sales.
  • Experience selling to agencies and brands
  • Desired experience in closing deals with major brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail - this is a fast-paced job
  • Be a digital native, aware of emerging trends, strategies and technologies
  • To be able to be in the London office 2-3 days a week
