Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market share in Germany and Poland.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of business development professionals focused on the German and Polish markets.
- Ensure alignment with company objectives while driving team performance and providing ongoing coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, with continuous training and development.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set and oversee the execution of sales targets and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximise results.
- Work with key accounts to expand distribution and increase market penetration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to market strategy.
- Coordinate with the category team to adjust product offerings based on regional consumer preferences.
- Partner with marketing to drive brand visibility and execute localised campaigns.
- Budget Management
- Manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Reporting & Market Insights
- Regularly report on market conditions, team performance, and sales results to senior management.
- Provide insights into regional market trends and recommend adjustments to the overall strategy as needed.
Education & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent, ideally in Business or Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG business development or sales, with a focus on the DACH
