Description

The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:

路 Identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the high-end hospitality sector.

路 Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

路 Building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.

路 Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.

路 Collaborating with internal teams (procurement, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued account growth.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

路 Proven sales experience - preferably in hospitality B2B sales or a similar GPO role.

路 Industry knowledge - you understand the UK hospitality market and have existing connections.

路 Relationship-driven approach - you know how to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

路 Self-motivated and goal-oriented - you are comfortable working independently and managing your own targets.

路 Effective communication skills - from pitching to negotiating, you can manage high-level conversations.

路 Tech-savvy - experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and digital sales channels.

路 Willingness to travel - you will be meeting clients across Greater London.
