Business Development Manager - IC Consultancy ServicesSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (£100k+ OTE) Location: Mainly remote

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth?

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a well-established consultancy, specialising in employee experience, engagement, and internal communications. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding their client base, targeting and growing FSTE 250 client relationships and shaping the future of their business.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:? Identify and engage new clients through research, networking, and outreach.? Build and nurture relationships within HR, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications sectors.? Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, showcasing the value of their consultancy services.? Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM systems effectively.? Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

? Proven experience in business development, ideally within a similar comms agency or professional services.? Strong knowledge of HR, employee experience, employee engagement, or internal communications.? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.? A proactive, goal-oriented approach with strong negotiation abilities.? Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
