Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business growth in the legal sector to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients as a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis at their London offices. The position will focus primarily on Litigation, with secondary responsibilities in Antitrust & International Competition and ESG. The role presents a great opportunity to join the growing BD team of one of London's top law firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and track business and action plans for the Litigation and international arbitration practice.
  • Support cross-practice initiatives, identifying cross-selling opportunities and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and coordinate events, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
  • Assist with content marketing strategy and execution, including web pages, client alerts, and blog posts.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to provide insights.
  • Prepare directory submissions and manage client development expenses.
  • Assist with new business pursuits, including research, proposals, and presentations.
  • Work with the research team to provide updates on new business opportunities and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field; advanced degree or Masters is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a law firm environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload independently.
