- Maximise brand sales across all channels: print, online, sponsorships, and events.
- Develop and roll out new commercial initiatives to boost revenue streams.
- Manage, nurture, and expand key accounts, targeting new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and performance insights via the CRM system.
- Conduct professional and competitive sales calls with an established client database, aiming to expand it.
- Represent the brand in face-to-face meetings with key accounts (at least 5 meetings monthly) and attend trade shows across the UK and abroad as needed.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in media, advertising, or event sponsorship.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience in managing and developing key accounts.
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and selling both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Proficiency in CRM software for reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Target-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently to meet set KPIs and sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas to represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
