The role:

  • As a result of year end succession planning, the business is looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to support raid growth and demand for their products across the UK wholesale channel.
  • Opportunities to drive growth are everywhere for our client currently, with members of this still relatively new look team delivering ahead of budget, happy, well-rewarded, and positioning themselves for rapid career progression within the business.

Ideal candidate:

  • To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of two years’ experience at National Account Manager / Business Development Manager level.
  • You will have demonstrable success whilst supplying into UK wholesalers.
  • You will be confident in your ability to deliver results and looking for an opportunity to demonstrate this in an ambitious and rewarding environment in a Business Development Manager role.
  • The role will focus on and involve frequent travel across the South of England.
  • The business is ideally looking to secure those with experience and knowledge of Business Development within seafood and fish categories, which will heavily support your application.

Benefits & details:

  • Up to £50,000 + significant OTE + car allowance + benefits.
  • Home based contract, fully remote, with occasional travel to site.
