- Develop new business across multiple channels including convenience retail, foodservice, independents, wholesalers, cafés, pubs, restaurants, delis, and more
- Deliver budgeted sales, profit, and distribution targets
- Build strong relationships with buyers to grow drinks listings
- Create and execute customer plans with weekly/monthly progress reporting
- Manage promotional calendars and pricing structures
- Represent the business at key trade shows and industry events
- Proven success in a B2B sales or field sales role within food or drink.
- Resilient, tenacious, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Based in or around London, or within easy access to the M25
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
