Business Development and Marketing Manager - Real Estate (Fixed Term Contract)
We are currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Manager for their specialist real estate groups. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing and business development strategies for various real estate teams.
- Collaborate with partners and fee earners to enhance the firm's reputation and grow client relationships.
- Execute marketing campaigns and content plans, utilising digital, events, and thought leadership.
- Work with external PR agencies to promote the firm's Planning and Construction Disputes teams.
- Support fee earners in building and growing relationships with key intermediaries and referral sources.
- Coordinate and provide strategic advice on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in a business development role.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with good project management skills.
- Experience within a professional services or regulated environment is desirable.
