Morgan Law are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a scientific organisation with a clinical purpose based in London. The Business Development manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing accounts utilising the Salesforce CRM, the candidate will build and sustain superior client relationships, drive sales, and uphold the companies reputation for exceptional services.

You will be responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing accounts in the London and defined region. This includes the use of on-site face to face meetings, Teams meetings and phone calls. Ensure in-depth knowledge of each account's needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Regularly update account information, sales activities, and communication logs in Salesforce.

You will also develop and deliver business plans for identifying and closing new business. Meet customers on site as part of relationship building, growth and account management. Achieve and exceed sales targets focusing on both account retention and growth.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of service sales within the Healthcare market, ideally come from a laboratory background and be located in the South East.
