Business Development Manager (Recruitment) - Technology - London - (Hybrid) - £50k-£55k plus generous bonus/commission scheme

Robert Half are working with a leading Consulting firm on the recruitment of a Business Development Manager. This role would be a good fit for candidates that have a proven track record of demonstrating success in managed solutions, consulting or a recruitment agency environment.

The business development manager will be tasked with selling a variety of consulting services, managed solutions, and resource augmentation to high profile/enterprise level organisations.

We are looking for candidates that either come from a consulting/managed solutions background or from an Technology Recruitment background (Contract/Interim preferred)

Role overview

  • Arrange and lead sales meetings with decision-makers within the Technology sector.
  • Discover and qualify interim resources to resolve your clients' resourcing needs.
  • Accountable for identifying and converting revenue generating opportunities.
  • Working efficiently across several complex, global, and interesting key accounts.
  • Comfortable operating on strategic and global accounts.

Required background

  • Track record of demonstrating success in managed services , consulting, or a recruitment agency environment.
  • Experience of building long term and meaningful relationships with a variety of clients in the Technology sector.
  • Great people and relationship management skills leading to longevity of contact and being seen as a trusted source for clients within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated capability of handling complex accounts successfully.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in building and delivering presentations.
