This is a full-time role, office based in South London. A generous salary is on offer for this role of £50k to £70k OTE and great company benefits.The organisation enable adults and children with complex care needs to live in their own homes, maintaining their independence. Reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will conduct, manage, and oversee the generation of new and existing relationships to bring on relevant complex care packages for the organisation.Duties & Responsibilities: Full control and expectation to manage the full sales processGeneration of new contacts, manage existing contracts, regularly follow up and after care once package is in place.Working independently, visiting existing and potential commissioners as well as being present to team in the office.Marketing of the organisation and services provided.Project management and liaison with operational and clinical teams. As well as the stakeholder management of all involved in the referral process.Conduct structured business development to generate new packaging recommendations.Finalise submissions and bid documents to enable new business.Contribute to marketing campaigns.Attend meetings with required stakeholders, families and members of the multidisciplinary teams.Requirements: Proven track record of Business Development/Account Management/Sales (healthcare desirable)Sales and Target driven.Able to demonstrate strong administrative skillsMultitasking and prioritisation with the ability to work with minimum supervision.Ability to work to tight deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with the commissioners, clients, managers, professional bodies, and colleagues.Self-motivated to work independently.A positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment.High degree of initiative and "can do" attitude.Ability to work flexibly and work unsocial hours when requiredFull driving licence.Please get in touch today if this Business Development Manager role role in South London appeals to you, please call Heidi @ Search Recruitment on or email
