Business Development Manager + upto £40k basic + £20k OTE (uncapped commission) + Remote role + Company car

Our client have over 50 years experience bringing innovative and fresh solutions to the food and beverage industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manger to join them covering the South West of London, Epsom, Woking, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford, Camberley, Kingston and Richmond.

They are looking for someone to identify and create opportunities for the growth and expansion of the company. The main focus of the role would be driving profitable new business and enhancing overall business performance.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including offices, healthcare, education and hospitality.
  • Development and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology for the food and beverage industry
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and solutions tailored to their specific needs
  • Prepare and present proposals that showcase the company products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customise offerings and address client requirements
  • Achieve (and ideally exceed) pre-assigned revenue and margin targets for the financial year
  • 100% CRM engagement (the company pride themselves on having one of the best automated sales and marketing processes in the industry - fully supporting sales in hitting and achieving their targets. )
