The Role - Business Development Manager / Contract Sales Manager:

  • A field-based specification and contacts sales role, creating demand for a mid to high-end range of shower trays, enclosures and bathroom products
  • Tracking projects across the new-build housing and commercial sectors
  • Working with regional house builders, high-rise developers, boutique hotels, pod manufacturers, architects, specifiers and contract distributor/retailers
  • You will inherit a portfolio of accounts and a small project bank to work from, but the role will be equally tracking and winning new business
  • You will also work alongside a portfolio of contract distributors, retailers and merchants, as a source of industry information, and to get close to their contract customers

The Successful Applicant - Business Development Manager:

  • You will have experience within the specification and contract sector, either winning projects from the new-build housing or commercial markets
  • Preferably your experience would have been gained within a bathroom & showering environment
  • Although this is not essential, and related KBB, flooring, ceramic tile and interior background will also be readily received
  • You will be self-motivated and target driven, with a strong work ethic
