As the Business Development Manager The overall purpose of this role is to drive the growth of Peregrine Future Talent by identifying and generating new sales opportunities. The roles and responsibilities are defined as: Identify new sales opportunities: Candidate marketing Administration: Apply legislation Roles & Responsibilities? Drive outbound lead generation in line with the business and department sales strategy Thoroughly research potential clients and key decision-makers to understand their business requirements and how we can address their talent needs Utilise LinkedIn to generate leads from trainee profiles that have withdrawn from the programme either during training or whilst on the training bench Actively engage and monitor the Future Talent Alumni for potential new leads Identify and attend business networking events, and industry meet ups. Collaborate with Growth Directors to pinpoint sales opportunities and develop targeted outreach initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets Experience required: Essential: An understanding of hire train deploy programmes Commercially aware and target-oriented A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure Self-motivated with the drive to exceed targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organisation & presentation skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)   Desirable:   Knowledge of future talent solutions within the UK recruitment market. Experience as a recruitment consultant or resource in a former role, with good knowledge of the various recruitment solutions on the market.
