What will this role include?
- Selling high-value exhibition space and marketing packages to top-tier clients at leading industry events
- Generating interest through proactive telephone sales, followed by face-to-face meetings or follow-ups to close deals
- Confidently engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers in the energy and sustainability sectors
- Working closely with the team to develop and launch innovative new projects and formats
- Leveraging social media to identify and connect with potential business leads
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be a collaborative team player and an effective sales leader
- Demonstrate the ability to source new business through competitors, events, and online channels
- Cultivate and expand both new and existing relationships with direct clients and agencies
- Meet call and meeting targets consistently
- Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to client relationship management
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
