An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a international and well renowned medical device manufacturer.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business with key healthcare professionals, including NHS, private practices, community hospitals etc.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Understanding market trends, dynamics, and competitors influences.
- Managing diary from full autonomy, arranging and attending client meetings.
- Managing meetings, outbound activity and CRM.
- Managing existing clients accounts on a daily basis.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Proven business development and account management experience, ideally within a medical device manufacturer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Compassionate, understanding of sensitive subjects and a natural relationship builder.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
