An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a international and well renowned medical device manufacturer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business with key healthcare professionals, including NHS, private practices, community hospitals etc.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Understanding market trends, dynamics, and competitors influences.
  • Managing diary from full autonomy, arranging and attending client meetings.
  • Managing meetings, outbound activity and CRM.
  • Managing existing clients accounts on a daily basis.

Experience & Skills needed:

  • Proven business development and account management experience, ideally within a medical device manufacturer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Compassionate, understanding of sensitive subjects and a natural relationship builder.
  • Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
