Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with experience in the construction or sub-contracting industry, looking a new and exciting opportunity with a specialist company that offers career progression, training, and a bonus structure to enhance your salary package?

This newly established company designs, manufactures, and installs acoustic internal glazed partition solutions across the UK, with the majority of their work based in London and the South East.

In this varied role, you will drive business development initiatives and effectively meet or exceed annual sales targets. You will also develop client relationships, identify and pursue project opportunities, whilst collaborating closely with the Estimation team to close deals and assist with the bid process.

This role would be ideal for someone with sales experience who is looking to progress into a senior leadership position and is keen to join a newly established company committed to driving business growth.

The Role:

  • Increase sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to review incoming enquiries and resolve any queries
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director to develop the annual territory sales plan and individual account plans
  • Network with customers and suppliers to expand and build network of contacts
  • Attend sales meeting on a weekly basis
  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5;00pm)

The Person:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Construction / Interior fit-out experience would be advantageous
  • Highly organised, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working effectively under pressure
