About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our client portfolio across London. This role is critical to our business strategy, focusing on securing new opportunities within the mechanical & electrical (M&E), fit-out, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities? Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the building services industry? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and developers? Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure? Prepare tailored proposals and present solutions that align with client needs? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction? Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Key Requirements? Demonstrated success in business development within the building services, M&E, or construction industry? Established network of contacts within contractors, developers, and consultants? Proven ability to secure high-value contracts and drive revenue growth? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills? A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong commercial acumen
