Business Development Manager

Join a leading project management company specialising in high-end property renovations. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our presence in the construction industry. Candidates must have experience within renovations sector particularly within Kitchens and Wardrobes and have contacts with Architectural practices and Interior designers or new home builders.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Focus on property renovation and construction sectors, including new built homes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand client base.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Craft compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment and maximize client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Industry Experience: Extensive experience in business development, specifically within the construction or property renovation sectors.
  • Strong Network: Established connections within the construction, property development, or architectural sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Performance-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Independence: Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driving Licence: Preferred.
