Key Responsibilities for this Business Development Manager role:
- Proactively find new business opportunities
- Operate consultatively during the sales cycle and present the best solution to the customer based on their business goals
- Support client in onboarding and hand-off to the account support team, where appropriate
- Effectively report and forecast sales and other activities to the leader and above
- Understand the Challenger Sale Model and our talk tracks to effectively run calls and meetings
- Provide feedback from clients to assess possible refinements to existing products and the need for new products
- To role model team behaviours at all times
- Ensure that all KPI and sales targets are consistently achieved
Key Requirements for this Business Development Manager role:
- It's essential that Sales is your chosen profession, you're hungry to learn and eager to professionally develop
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or a similar sales role, ideally from data/IT/ Tech or Finance.
- Required in the London office 5 days per week
Salary for this Business Development Manager role
- £40,000 + £24K commission (Uncapped)
