Business Development Manager - Disputes & Antitrust

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll take the lead on driving client and business development initiatives for the London Disputes and EMEA Antitrust teams. Working closely with senior BD professionals and partners, you will:? Develop and execute strategic BD plans to enhance the firm's market presence.? Identify opportunities to build relationships with key clients and prospects.? Drive cross-selling initiatives and collaborate with global teams to expand business opportunities.? Mentor and manage a BD Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is perfect for a commercially minded and confident BD professional with:? Solid experience in business development within a law firm or professional services environment.? A deep understanding of Disputes and/or Antitrust practice areas, or a keen interest in learning about them.? Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.? Strong analytical and research skills, ensuring data-driven and strategic decision-making.
