- Identify, target and secure sales opportunities within housing associations & local councils.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maximise opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
- Understand the challenges faced by housing providers and councils, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Track sales activity, produce forecasts and report on pipeline progress to senior management.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience selling into Local Authorities & housing associations or a background working in a BDM role for a Builders Merchants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing your own diary and sales pipeline.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the designated region.
