Business Development Manager - Construction & Building Services?? Location: London (with national coverage)?? Salary: £85K-£90K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a driven, results-focused Business Development Manager with experience in construction or building services? Do you thrive on winning new business and forging strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, M&E consultants, architects, and project managers? The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and securing new opportunities across key regions, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester, and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, developing key relationships, and ensuring our services align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and building services sectors.? Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, updating key project data regularly.? Develop in-depth knowledge of client operations, culture, and contractor preferences to enhance competitiveness.? Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Tier 1 contractors, M&E consultants, architects, project managers, and end clients.? Represent the company at networking events and industry functions to drive strategic partnerships.? Work closely with internal teams, including communications, bid management, and project teams, to develop winning strategies.? Attend sales meetings and report on market opportunities and competitor activities.? Bring innovative ideas to strengthen the company’s business development approach.

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven track record of winning new business in construction, building services, or a related industry.? Strong experience engaging with Tier 1 contractors and decision-makers.? Ability to manage and drive a sales pipeline using CRM systems.? Excellent communication and presentation skills - confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.? A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a passion for securing contracts and building relationships.? Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other business development tools.
