The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead on selling a diverse portfolio of commercial media solutions - from digital advertising and branded content to event sponsorship and webinars. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and building long-term partnerships across professional and financial services in the UK and EMEA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling integrated media solutions across digital, content, and events
- Managing a healthy pipeline and accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales
- Developing tailored, consultative sales strategies that align with client goals
- Creating account plans to maximise growth and retention
- Collaborating closely with internal teams - including marketing, editorial, and events - to deliver successful campaigns
- Representing the company at events (both in-person and online) to build long-lasting client relationships
About You
You’re a motivated and results-driven sales professional who’s confident building relationships and closing deals. You bring:
- 3+ years’ B2B sales experience in media, publishing, or event sponsorship
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- A consultative, strategic approach to sales with strong commercial acumen
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for media, innovation, and being part of a growing brand
