Business Development Manager - Industry Specialist

CRP Group, in partnership with a national hydraulic market leader, is seeking 2-3 dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing team of industry sales specialists

We are seeking individuals with proven expertise and established connections in at least one of the following sectors:

  • Rail
  • Food & Beverage
  • Manufacturing
  • Environmental
  • Material Handling
  • Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base across key industries
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients across your specialised industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery to support long-term growth.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development position, particularly within at least one of the listed sectors.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in building and maintaining key industry relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and persuasive abilities.
  • A collaborative team player, driven to exceed targets and deliver results.
  • Demonstrates a balance between quality service and commercial pressures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management with a strong network in relevant sectors.
  • Full UK driving license.
