We are recruiting on behalf of a NHS staffing business created to solve the Doctor Staffing crisis. Since founding, the company has saved the NHS millions of pounds by supplying international doctors to fill vacancies, rather than relying on expensive locums. In this role you will be at the forefront of this mission.

The Role:

  • You will be selling the NHS Trusts and Foundation trusts the companies perm recruitment solution, and then passing the jobs picked up to the delivery team.
  • You will present how this same solution will save the trust thousands of pounds!
  • Client meetings will form a big part of the role , as you travel the country meeting key stakeholders
  • Interact with local and international delivery teams to understand candidate flows
  • Account development and management of existing customers, including "land and expand"

Background needed:

  • This is very much a sales role so some sales experience is a must for this role, ideally B2B
  • Must be super driven, whilst there is allot of money to be earnt this still requires allot of outbound work
  • A strong communicator, comfortable selling solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Down to earth - they don't hire people with big egos!
