A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and global business. Key objectives are to identify licensing opportunities, build and develop strategic partnerships with the focus to driving new business and substantial growth

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business prospects in the licensing sector

  • Develop a pipeline of potential licensing partners, focusing on sectors that complementand amplify brand reachLeverage market insights to prioritise opportunities that have high growth potential.

  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key industry players

  • Negotiate terms and create mutually beneficial agreements supporting long-termgrowth.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor movements, and industry landscapes to refinelicensing strategies.

  • Create data-driven business plans for growth in various licensing segments

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans outlining sales targets andgrowth milestones.

  • Implement sales strategies that focus on meeting and exceeding revenue goals througheffective licensing deals.

  • Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise revenue

  • Oversee the end-to-end negotiation process to secure favorable terms in licensing agreements.

  • Manage contract renewals and renegotiations lo maintain valuable, long-termpartnerships.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and executionof licensing agreements.

  • Track and analyse performance metrics for each licensing partnership

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in business development, sales, or licensing, ideally within consumer products,media, or entertainment.

  • Strong networking and partnership-building abilities with established contacts in thelicensing industry.

  • Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships, with a strong industrynetwork.

  • Experience meeting and exceeding revenue targets through licensing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with licensing laws, intellectual property, and contract management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with experience in using datato drive strategy and decision-making.
