Are you a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Manager looking for a new role with uncapped commission and on target earnings of 拢150,000 in year 1?

This Business Development Manager position is suited to experienced field sales professionals that are able to lead source and self generate new business meetings and build a strong referrals network.

The earning potential here is uncapped with top Business Development Managers currently hitting earnings in the region of 拢300,000.

Principle Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:

路 Attending sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.

路 Assist the internal team to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.

路 Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.

路 Self-generating new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.

路 Achieve quarterly sales targets.

路 Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.

路 Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.

Person Specification for the Business Development Manager:

路 2 years + track record of B2B field sales

路 Confident in needs based/consultative selling.

路 Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors and HR Managers.

路 Experience within a professional environment

路 Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature

路 An entrepreneurial spirit
