If you’re looking to feel valued, heard and developed, this is the right time to join the business.With already 30+ people in the team, they’re continuing to grow in 2025! The Opportunity:As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, striking up new relationships, being an ambassador and  networking withing the industry.We’re not looking for someone who is transactional, we’re looking for a consultative sale professional who knows who to work with clients and understand their requirements.You’ll be working with your clients to strategically understand their needs, challenges and goals, from here presenting the right solutions to hit their goals.Relationship building, getting under their skin and knowing what makes them tick is pivotal and vital to becoming successful here.New business is a focus as well as account management, bringing enough clients onboard that further grows the business.We’re not set on location, with the office in Bristol, they’ll be a few office visits throughout the month. There are clients in London and across the UK, so, we’re open to location. Client meetings are a must, whether this is virtual or face-to-face to suit client requirements.If you’re a ‘hunter’ and someone who does sales the ‘right’ way, we want to hear from you.With a commission structure that heavily incentivises you, the OTE is high for people who are dedicated, motivated and driven.  About you:
  • - 3+ Years in sales
  • - Digital Marketing & Advertising sales in a must
  • - If not on the above, selling several solutions is great
  • - Must be commercial and strategic
  • - Proactive and resilient
  • - A go-getter and someone who wants to be better every day.
