New Business Development Manager£50,000 to £60,000 Basic | £100,000 OTE with Uncapped Bonus

GTS Transportation is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and strategic New Business Development Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience selling into the commercial vehicle supply chain or related sectors such as SaaS solutions for vehicles.

Our client is an industry leader in AI-assisted in-vehicle safety technology, seamlessly integrating co-pilot edge AI systems with vehicles to proactively reduce risks and empower fleet managers with real-time data insights. With over 250 fleet customers already benefiting from accident cost reductions of up to 80%, this is your chance to be part of a company that’s redefining fleet safety and intelligence.

The Role
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and partners across national markets, targeting enterprise fleets and channel business accounts.
  • Conduct client prospecting, pipeline development, and pitch commercial proposals that showcase business value.
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs and tenders, working alongside the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while generating substantial sales revenue.
About You
  • Proven experience in business development within the commercial vehicle supply chain or SaaS sales for vehicle solutions.
  • A natural hunter with a consultative sales approach, capable of building strong client relationships from cold outreach to contract sign-off.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a sharp commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based technology solutions, such as SaaS, PaaS, and HaaS models.
  • Based in the Midlands or South for easy access to client sites and the London HQ.
