Key Responsibilities for this Business Development Manager role:

  • Proactively find new business opportunities
  • Operate consultatively during the sales cycle and present the best solution to the customer based on their business goals
  • Support client in onboarding and hand-off to the account support team, where appropriate
  • Effectively report and forecast sales and other activities to the leader and above
  • Understand the Challenger Sale Model and our talk tracks to effectively run calls and meetings
  • Provide feedback from clients to assess possible refinements to existing products and the need for new products
  • To role model team behaviours at all times
  • Ensure that all KPI and sales targets are consistently achieved

Key Requirements for this Business Development Manager role:

  • It's essential that Sales is your chosen profession, you're hungry to learn and eager to professionally develop
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or a similar sales role, ideally from data/IT/ Tech or Finance.
  • Required in the London office 5 days per week

Salary for this Business Development Manager role

  • £40,000 + £24K commission (Uncapped)
