Business Development Manager (HVAC)
Location: Looking for reps nationwide.
£50,000 - £65,000 Car allowance or Co car, Heath care, iPhone, Laptop
25 days holiday plus BH, pension.
We have been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years, and have become hugely successful within the all sectors of the industry, and are now looking to expand further. As specialists in selling Air Conditioning, ASHP’s, Chillers, AHU’s. We take great pride in giving the best possible service from start to finish, seeing out projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are kept within. In the past few years, a real emphasis has been put on renewables, and making our projects as energy efficient as possible, while delivering the most advanced and up to date technology available on the market.
The Role:
- Field based role with clients and onsite projects.
- Mostly selling A/C, Heat pumps, Chillers, AHU’s and other Air and ventilation projects.
- Managing and maintaining existing customers – going through their existing database / CRM, winning back business, and extending existing contracts.
- Winning new business
- Site visits to clients
- liaising with other teams, i.e. sales support, tech team.Â
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a proven salesperson, within the HVAC industry – with figures to show this ideally.
- Experienced with selling into Schools, Health care, but also M&E, End Users and contractors, amongst others.
- Able to spec out appropriate equipment to order.
- A good level of technical knowledge on 1 or more of the above systems, the more you know is more desirable, but so long as you’re an expert on at least of the equipment mentioned, you’ll be considered.
- Working towards KPI’s
- Confident doing site visits and the ability to do presentations to clients, and if needed the management team.
- Being able to do efficient reports for management.
- Good all-around IT skills.
