Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 + per annum (Depending on experience)

Our client is an independent, multi-disciplinary design studio which specialises in storytelling through space and materiality.

The Role

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding market opportunities. The Business Development Manager must be results driven, professional, and have a strategic mindset, with the capability to balance short-term sales targets with long-term business growth.

The position involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and managing commercial relationships to maximise profitability. It requires oversight of the commercial success of multiple projects while making informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment. A key aspect is the ability to drive deals from initial lead generation through to successful closure, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining internal processes (including record-keeping)
  • Conducting market analysis
  • Crafting sales strategies
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Managing client relationships.

The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, progression of deals, and delivery to financial targets
