Business Development Manager Role
Location: Travel around London
Full Time, Permanent basis
I am currently working with a Building Services Company in the recruiting of a BDM. Please find below the details of the role:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
- Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.
- Deliver product and service advice to clients.
- Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
