Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach efforts to prospective clients in the hospitality sector.
- Conduct cold calls and send emails to key decision-makers to secure appointments.
- Qualify leads from inbound inquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Organize and execute kick-off calls with interested prospects.
- Deliver impactful demos to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, reporting activities weekly.
- Refine business development processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop partnership strategies to support growth.
